WHERE IT STARTED
The story began in a home in Dagat-dagatan, Caloocan City, where Lola Mama prepared her special empanada recipe for family gatherings.
That family recipe became a modest Empanada Especiale booth near the old Caloocan City Hall in 2001. A second booth followed at North Mall by the Caloocan LRT Station one year later.
When the family needed a new product that would complement—not compete with—the empanada business, Siomai House was born. The first outlet opened at North Mall in 2004 and grew into one of the country's familiar siomai names.
VISION
The current client website describes a goal of becoming a leading producer, retailer, and service provider in local and international markets while growing as one inclusive company and family.
That growth is meant to be shared through community support, care for the environment, and principles guided by faith, hard work, and responsibility.
